In our first full session, we’ll dive into the heart of what’s bringing you here. You’ll have space to share, reflect, and begin unpacking the patterns or blocks that are holding you back—whether in dating, communication, or self-worth.
You’ll complete a structured worksheet that helps define your vision for love and connection. We’ll use this to outline specific, achievable goals for our time together, whether that’s healing past relationship wounds, improving how you show up in dating, or creating deeper intimacy in your current relationship.
We’ll meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs. These sessions are collaborative and action-oriented, focused on building self-awareness, shifting unhelpful patterns, and equipping you with the tools to create the kind of connection you truly want.
Throughout the process, we’ll pause to reflect on what’s working, what’s shifted, and where continued support is needed. Relationship growth isn’t linear, but with accountability and clarity, you’ll start to notice real changes in how you relate to yourself and others.
